Who are we?

Fresh Ideas & Solutions Services (FISS) is a Community Interest Company that was established in 2011.  It was born out of a need to help people to retain control of their own Personal Budgets and to enable them to be given the chance to choose and employ their own Personal Assistants.

At Fresh Ideas we understand how daunting it could be left with the responsibility and risk of being an employer and this is where we hope to be of assistance.  We take away the hassle of being an employer by helping individuals to choose their personal assistants and employ them on their behalf.

We offer a range of services to help organise and manage your day-to-day routine.  So if youwant to choose who supports you in your own home or what your schedule should be on a daily basis we at Fresh Ideas  are committed to help.
